Horseback ride together with us in the wild, untouched forests of Transylvania. This is a full day experience that includes transportation, private local guide, private horse guide, traditional Romanian lunch at the ranch and drinks.

We start our day trip in the morning from Brasov and drive for about 30 minutes to a local horse ranch. On the way, we stop for a guided tour of the fortified church from Harman to learn how the Transylvanian Saxons defended against invading forces during the middle ages.

At the ranch we mount on horses and ride for around 2 hours. The route is adjusted depending on your riding skill. It includes fields, hills and forests.  Riding pace is adjusted to your level of confidence. In case of  big discrepancies the small group is split to ensure that everyone enjoys the experience and its full potential. The ride includes stops for photos, drinks and snacks.

After we return to the ranch we have an open air traditional Romanian lunch together with the staff of the ranch. You have to chance to socialize with locals and try Romanian food as well as famous drinks like Tuica and Palinca.
